Our History

Founded in September 1998 as a technology partner for Retailers who wanted to create a new channel to market through e-commerce

In January 2000 iTouch acquire a 51% stake in DSG prior to their IPO on the FTSE later that year

In November 2001 DSG Management decided to buy back the shares held by iTouch
